Via in Patriam: Marriage and Familiy – For the Kingdom of Heaven. According to the catholic faith, marriage is not only part of the order of creation but also enbedded into the covenant between Christ and his church. Matrimony is a special sacrament by which spouses are fortified and receive a kind of consecration in the duties and dignity of their state (Gaudium et Spes). This essay explores the vocation and spirituality of this way of life.
