The Different View. About Contemporary Art in Church Collections. In many Church collections the presentation of contemporary art has become very important, e.g. Museum Kolumba (Cologne) or the Dommuseum in Hildesheim. Especially the confrontation of historical artefacts and modern works of art offers visitors new and different perspectives. Developing such exhibitions in a dynamic process museums can become a central place of public discourse.
