Early Forms of «Synodality» and the Importance of the Presbytery. This article examines the roots of the concept of synodality in canon law, focusing on the specific relevance of the Presbytery, which derives from the special gift of the Spirit working in this group. It is a unique revelation of the presence of the Holy Spirit in the Church of Jesus Christ.
