Zwischen Ideologie und Evidenz. Was Chatbots über Gott und Kirche sagen. Chatbots generieren ihre Antworten auf der Grundlage komplexer Rechenprozesse und Rahmung (Alignment). Verglichen werden durch Befragung nach Gott und Kirche bei den Modellen ChatGPT 5.1, DeepSeek AI (R1) und Grok 4 die jeweiligen Antworten. Es wird in dieser Stichprobe überprüft, ob Indizien für systematische Verzerrungen vorliegen, die den Evidenzanspruch der KI relativieren können. Die dokumentierten Befragungsergebnisse legen nahe, dass systematisch ideologische Gründe für den Bias im Alignment begründet sind. Solch verdeckte Beeinflussung von KI-Usern fordert Konsequenzen für Theologie und Pastoral.
Between Ideology and Evidence. What Chatbots Say about God and the Church. Chatbots generate their responses based on complex computational processes and alignment. The respective responses are compared by asking questions about God and church in the ChatGPT 5.1, DeepSeek AI (R1), and Grok 4 models. This sample is used to check whether there is evidence of systematic bias that could relativize the claim to evidence made by AI. The documented survey results suggest that there are systematic ideological reasons for the bias in alignment. Such covert influence on AI users has consequences for theology and pastoral care.
