Gerhard Kruip, Michael Schramm: Fair Taxation. A Topography of Moral Questions
The article provides a short “topography” of the ethical aspects of fair taxation. The justifi cation of taxes on the whole, the level of created revenue, the various sorts of taxes, the problem of individual tax burden, the criteria of simplicity and transparency as well as the problems of national taxation systems resulting from the process of globalization are dealt with as well.

L‘article donne une « topographie » abrégée des questions éthiques soulevées par la justice fi scale. Il discute la justifi cation des impôts même, le montant des recettes fi scales, les différents types d‘impôts, le problème de la charge fi scale individuelle,les citères de la simplicité et de la transparence ainsi queles problèmes provoqués par le processus de mondialisation pour les systèmes fiscaux nationaux.
